Outlook Profile Prompt

  1. Exit Outlook

  2. Click the Windows Start Menu

  3. Type Control Panel

  4. Select Control Panel in the search results

  5. In the Control Panel window, in the upper right-hand corner, type Mail 

  6. Double-click Mail

  7. Select Show Profiles.

  8. Under "When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile" click Prompt for a profile to be used 

  9. Click Apply

  10. Click Ok
